For XXPERIMENTAL NO.8 we've selected our favorite harvest of milk oolong from winter 2023 and given it a second roast. This process extends the total roasting time to 18 hours. While it remains classified as a green oolong, its profile closely resembles our standard milk oolong. However, we were intrigued to add this second roast to increase the intensity of the mouthfeel and long, lingering aftertaste. With these micro adjustments, I'm always excited for the outcome.
