👂👂 surprise, surprise! dropping an EXTREMELY limited batch of aged roasted oolong cakes from 2011. these puppies have been sweetly maturing in Taiwan at Uncle’s place for nearly a decade. i’ve copped a few for our delight.

flavor wise, this cake tastes somewhere in-between our red oolong and a shou pu’er. a very clean tasting brew!

  • Origin : Shanlinxi, Lugu township, Nantou county, Taiwan

  • Organic tea farm

  • Elevation : 1400 meters

  • Cultivar : Qingxin (青心

  • Harvest : 2011

  • Oxidation : 10%

  • Roast: roasted for ~20 hrs, then pressed into cakes

  • Weight: 375g

  • Recommended: Steep 4g / 208 degrees / 45 sec / multiple brews

**note** i only kept one cake for myself and dug into it before i snapped some pics. don’t worry, you’ll get a fully intact one 😂
